Shipping, returns, cancellations
Please note that it may take some time to deliver to overseas.
All returns and exchanges can only be made within 7 days of the arrival of the item. We do not refund money, no exceptions. The return amount will be the original billed amount minus the shipping and 15% return / cancellation charges. The product must be in new condition with no external or internal damage. At our discretion, we may charge for items that we determine are damaged. We may also decline your return / cancellation request once your order is being processed. These charges will be charged to the customer without need for further approval from the customer.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
You are responsible for return shipping charges to Kitty Eye Records, Kitty Eye Records will bear the cost of shipment of the replacement item to you. If you choose to return a defective items for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
